Well the weekend went by somewhat uneventfully which was very nice as we are usually running around crazy or out of town. Friday night we basically had some dinner and used a 2 for 1 coupon at Brewsters. That there is some good ice cream.
Saturday the holtocs stopped by for a good long while after returning their stroller. It was a really good, yet uneventful, time of just hanging out, playing some cards and generally enjoying a really nice Saturday, GA style. Having them down so casually always really makes the wife and I hope that they move to the Atlanta area and soon.
Saturday night, we watched Hitchcock's classic, Psycho. I had never seen it all the way through and parts of it you just know due to it being so often quoted / seen. However, especially the end, scared me more than I thought. Hitchcock remains one of my favorite, if not the favorite, directors of all time. He is great, great, great. I contemplated really scaring the wife as she came up from downstairs after the movie, but considering I am the one of the two of us that watches more horror movies, I decided against it as she would get me back just as good if not better.
Sunday was good as well. Love the weather in the South in the spring. Pollen is killing me as I enjoy it (a trade-off I don't mind making).
