Please don´t call him fat. He prefers ¨pleasingly plump¨or ¨well-rounded¨or other euphemisms.
Yes, this is David, age 3 months, babyweight champion of the world. He pities the fool who doesn´t immediately adore him.
David is, of course, an amazing baby. Here in Mexico, with not much to do, no television to watch, rare internet access and no car...I have a lot of time just to watch David. He´s discovering new things every day...this week he learned to pass a toy from one hand to another and to turn the pages of his board book. Soon he´ll be venturing into the world of solid foods and sitting on his own. And dare I forget to mention his verbal acuity? Not only can he chuckle, cough, and gurgle on command, he recently began mimicking the parrot that lives outside his bedroom window.
